Pre‑Order Policy 

Overview
Pre‑orders allow you to reserve select items before they are available for general release. By placing a pre‑order, you agree to the timelines and terms outlined below.

1. Payment

  • All pre‑orders require full payment at checkout to reserve your item.
  • Your card will be charged immediately.

2. Production & Shipping Timelines

  • Estimated ship dates are provided on each product page. These are projections and may shift due to production or supply chain factors.
  • If there is a delay of more than 2 weeks beyond the estimated date, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.

3. Shipping of Mixed Orders

  • Orders that include both pre‑order and in‑stock items will ship together once all items are ready.
  • If you want in‑stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Pre‑orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, all pre‑orders are considered final, as production begins based on order volume.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Pre‑order items follow the same return policy as regular items unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Custom or limited‑run pre‑orders may be marked Final Sale; this will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. Inventory Guarantee

  • Pre‑orders guarantee your size and style before launch.
  • In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order due to production issues, you will receive a full refund.

7. Communication

  • You’ll receive email updates including:
    • Order confirmation
    • Production or shipping updates
    • Tracking information once shipped
